Somatic Worhshop Retreats

A retreat offering somatic tools to anyone upholding the hard work of equanimity in this chaotic time of humanity.  Especially welcoming marginalized populations, folks who have access barriers or those who have felt unwelcomed in therapeutic learning spaces.

We will focus on teaching nervous system regulation skills through four cornerstones: Resource, Resiliency, Capacity & Sustainability.
